1. Reasons for longitudinal tearing of conveyor belt:
(1) Vibration impact causes the fasteners to loosen and fall off, resulting in the fall of the coal pipe liner, guide plate, etc.
(2) Foreign matter is mixed into the material, the foreign matter is hard, angular, and the coal falling pipe is blocked and squeezed.
(3). The roller is defective, and the roller frame is scratched.
(four), the conveyor belt was caught by the frame after it ran off seriously.
(5). The sweeper is drawn into the drum (return sweeper), the bolts are loose, and there is a warning of bounce.
2. Reasons for cracks in the conveyor belt:
(1) Due to the limitation of space size, the conveyor belt has many bending times.
(2). The joint has been vulcanized more than twice due to various reasons.
3. Reasons for the tearing of the vulcanized joint of the conveyor belt:
(1) The diameter of the redirecting roller is small, and the bending stress of the conveyor belt is large.
(2) The quality of the vulcanized joint of the conveyor belt is poor, especially if the joint has been vulcanized more than twice, the joint strength is significantly reduced, or the canvas layer is cut during the glue joint, or is polished, and the strength is reduced here.
(3). For reversible conveyors, since they can only be in one direction when they are overlapped up and down, they are easily scratched by the sharp corners of the cleaners, unloaders and other equipment on the belt.
(four), the conveyor has a short working cycle, frequent starting, and large instantaneous tension.
4. Reasons for damage to the rubber surface of the conveyor belt:
(1) The gap between the guide groove liner and the tape is inappropriate, causing abnormal wear, or foreign objects are embedded in the gap, causing abnormal wear or scratches.
(2) The flow rate of the material at the guide trough is inconsistent with the speed of the conveyor belt, and the large drop will accelerate the wear of the rubber surface.
(3) The roller is damaged, causing abnormal wear or scratches on the tape.
(4). Illegal operations, burns from welding slag during overhaul, and scratches on cleaners, etc.
